Week one

Well I hit my goal for the week! I lost 1.6 lbs ALL FAT!!! I am down 1.2% of my fat persentage. I hope to do at least 1lb of fat a week for the next 12 weeks. I worked really hard and made sure to exercise every night I was home. I went int he truck with Mark and our girls and that was not good for my diet. I did eat well but not like I would have at home or if I had a chance to pack our own food before getting in the truck.
I went over 72 hours with no sugar of any kind and I was a lot eaiser that I thought. It stoped my from craving junk. I am a little worried about getting my cravings back once I start back with my natural sugars, I will just have to be extra careful because chocolate is my weakness!

Day one of my journey

Well it is the new year and a great time for new beginings, To day I went to the Raymond clinic Lifestyles program and got my stats.
I am 65" (5'5") and I weigh133.2 lbs
25.2% body fat.
My belly is 35.4"
my hips are 37.8"
and my thighs are 20.1"
No this is not out of control fat i realize this but I am not comfortable with the way that I look. My body is not in porpotion. My belly is way too large for my body!
I have set some goals for my self. : weight- 120lbs
20% body fat
belly 29.1"
hips 36.2"
thighs 19.3"
I have given myself until April 8th 2010 to achive this goal. This ia a very realistic and healthy time frame. It is one pound per week. with losing 1lb per week I am hopeing that I can keep it off. I do not want to go on a crazy yoyo diet I just want to be healthy and if it turns out I can be sexy at the same time I will not be sad. This is going to take a lot of exercise to lose these inches. I know I can lose the weight in a week or so but that is not what I want. I want it to be gradual so it will not come back the second i start eating again. In the big sceme of things I don't really care what the scale says i'm just concerned in what the fat % is and what the measurements are.

Well I have started out doing well today. I have exercised for 30 min. and really worked hard!
I ate well and stuck to my no sugar for 72 hours rule.( if you cut out sugars for 72hrs, even natural sugars, your body will no longer crave them) I'm feeling great and looking to turn in early to catch up on some much needed rest and to get a good start on being healthy!!!
